The Walworth Festival in the Park is celebrating its 32nd anniversary in 2022. It started out as a street dance festival in the village of Walworth. It changed to a festival in Ginegaw Park and was hosted by the Town. The Walworth Lions Club is now chartered by the town to run the festival. The street dance dated back to 1956, and maybe even earlier. Summer celebrations have continued annually, except for 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
